1. Approve the enclosed Rules of execution of court verdicts about lifelong prohibition to hold pedagogical positions and positions, work-related with minors.

2. To department of preschool and secondary education, information technologies (Zhontayeva Zh. A.):

To provide 1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) to bring this order to the attention of departments of education of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science Imangaliyev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
