About approval of Fire safety regulations

According to the subitem 15) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Fire safety regulations.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2011 No. 1682 "About approval of Fire safety regulations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 15, the Art. 253);

2) Item of 50 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 735 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 42, Art. 623.).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
