About approval of the Regulations on procedure of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces, vehicles, goods and loads moved through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of increase in overall performance of sanitary and quarantine Items together with customs and boundary services at check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic in maintenance of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population of the republic, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", "About frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces, vehicles, goods and loads moved through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State inspectorate for veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. Publish this resolution in official mass media.
4. This resolution becomes effective since April 15, 2016.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport and department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
