About modification and amendments in Regulations on solvency of insurers and overcautious persons

1. Make changes and addition to the Regulations on solvency of insurers and overcautious persons approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2008 No. 41 (рег. No. 1806 of May 12, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 20-21, 178) according to appendix.
2. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
