Based on the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Veterinary sanitary standard establishing requirements to health of animals, veterinary health of society and to veterinary and sanitary certification when importing raw milk, dairy products, colostrum and products on the basis of colostrum intended for consumption in food by the person according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
