About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 33-1

According to Item 102 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2013 No. 406-VII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with carrying out administrative reform", to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Procedure for filling and representation to the state registrar of forms of messages on the beginning of carrying out unscheduled inspection, about impossibility of carrying out unscheduled inspection, about availability of objections against carrying out state registration of the termination of the legal entity as a result of its liquidation or business activity of the physical person - the entrepreneur according to its decision approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 33-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2011 for No. 1335/20073, such changes:

1) in Item 1.2 of the Section I of the word of "payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" shall be replaced with words "payers of insurance premiums for obligatory national pension insurance";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 2.1 of the word of "the payer of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" shall be replaced with words "the payer of insurance premiums for obligatory national pension insurance";

in Item 2.4 of the word of "single fee" shall be replaced with words "insurance premiums for obligatory national pension insurance";

in Item 2.6 of the word "single fee on obligatory national social insurance," to exclude;

3) in the Section III:
