For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Art. 147 of the h. (61) and (62) the Law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "About the capital market" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 193-197, the Art. 665), with subsequent changes, based on Art. 1 of the h. (1), Art. 3, Art. 8 b) and e), Art. 9 of the h. (1) item d), Art. 25 of the h. (2) the Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "About the National commission on the financial market" (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. Order to the professional participants of the security market and issuers owning the license for implementation of activities for maintaining the register:

1.1. Transfer to the National commission on the financial market electronically via safe channels of transportation:

a) electronic copies of registers of owners of the securities which are in system of maintaining the register, using digital key, according to the schedule established in appendix No. 1;

b) all changes entered in registers of owners of securities throughout the working day, using digital key, since next day after execution of item 1.1 of subitem of a), daily till 18:00 for the corresponding day.
