Article 1. The tariff charge for the I qualification category

(The tariff charge for the I qualification category of employees of the self-supporting companies irrespective of their type of property and form of business will constitute 1) Since June 1, 2007:

for employees of the self-supporting companies, except for agricultural and forestry and landscape industries, - leu 5,33 in hour or at least 900 lei a month estimated from the average monthly duration of working hours of 169 hours suffices;

Article 2. Compensatory allowances for work in adverse conditions

To the workers working in adverse conditions compensatory allowances in the following procedure are established depending on actual state of working conditions:
