Question of introduction of restrictions for conducting checks by the state inspectorates and other monitoring bodies

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.10.2014 No. 526)

Due to the introduction by article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" restrictions for conducting checks by the state inspectorates and other Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine monitoring bodies decides:

1. Determine that provision of permission of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to conducting checks of the companies, organizations, the organizations, physical persons - entrepreneurs the state inspectorates and other monitoring bodies for the list according to appendix (except for checks of condition of preparation for work of energy objects of subjects of power industry and subjects of the relations in the field of heat supply) is performed by adoption of the corresponding order.

2. Permission to conducting checks of the companies, organizations, the organizations, physical persons - entrepreneurs is not required in case such inspections are carried out by a court decision, upon the demand of officials in the cases provided by the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
