About introduction of state regulation of coal prices in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of control of growth rates of coal prices, timely stable providing the population with coal during passing of the autumn and winter period of 2014/2015, according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the competition" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 18.12.2017 No. 816

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important food products" of April 22, 2009 No. 242 the following changes and amendments:

- in the name "food" to exclude the word;

- in preamble of the word "types of food products" to replace with the word "goods";

- in all text to exclude the word "food" in different case forms;
