4. To Federal Tariff Service till March 1, 2014 to develop with participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and to approve methodical instructions for calculation of the amount of payment for technological connection of the gas-using equipment to networks of gas distribution and (or) the standardized tariff charges determining its size.

5. Items 1 and 2 of this resolution become effective since March 1, 2014.
