3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2, which becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 4, 2011 No. 225 "About approval of the Program of post-crisis recovery (improvement of the competitive companies)":

in the Program of post-crisis recovery (improvement of the competitive companies) approved by the specified resolution:

add the Section 4 "Purpose, Tasks, Target Indicators and Indicators of Results of Program Implementation" with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. Early exit from the Program.

For early exit from the Program the participant addresses to Working body of Council for improvement. The consent of creditor committee and the written conclusion of the financial organizations on availability at the participant of the Program of potential possibility of independent repayment and servicing of the credits (loans) with reduction of the corresponding calculations are applied further to the address.
