About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About labor protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About labor protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 11, the Art. 508) the following amendments and changes:
1. Add Article 1 with paragraphs the fifteenth and sixteenth the following content:
"authorized state body on development of policy in the field of labor protection - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform regulation of the relations in the field of labor protection;
authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of labor protection - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform supervising and control functions in the field of labor protection.".
2. In Article 2:
