- from 01.01.2015 till 30.06.2015 at the level determined proceeding from the average rate on appropriate subject of the Russian Federation calculated taking into account the rates operating for the heatsupplying organizations as of 31.12.2014, and the maximum size of growth of rates on appropriate subject of the Russian Federation according to appendix 1 to this order;

- from 01.07.2015 till 31.12.2015 at the level determined proceeding from the average rate on appropriate subject of the Russian Federation calculated taking into account the rates operating for the heatsupplying organizations as of 31.12.2014, and the maximum size of growth of rates on appropriate subject of the Russian Federation according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Establish and enact since limiting January 1, 2015 indexes of the greatest possible change of applicable fares in the field of water supply and water disposal, on average across the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol for 2015 according to appendix 2 to this order.
