state Item 37 in the following edition:

"37. If as a result of tender the tender committee did not reveal candidates for the provided vacant positions of employees of National Bank, occupation of vacant position of the employee of National Bank is performed according to the procedure, established by Chapter 3 of Rules.";

state appendix 1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
