According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities decides:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of heat energy (except activities for production of heat energy on combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and cogeneration installations and installations with use nonconventional or renewable energy resources), to transportation of heat energy by the high-level and local (distribution) thermal networks, supply of heat energy, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities, of August 10, 2012 No. 284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2012 for No. 1477/21789 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
2. To submit to management of licensed control (Startsev S. M.) this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
