About modification of the Regulations on procedure for accumulation of Administrations of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of means of special fund and their redistribution

According to Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Make change to the Regulations on procedure for accumulation in Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of means of special fund and their redistribution approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of August 19, 2013 No. 442, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2013 at No. 1553/24085, having replaced words of "regional bodies, territorial subdivisions, organizations" in all cases with words of "territorial authorities of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz, territorial subdivisions, institutions, organizations and the organizations" in the corresponding cases.

2. To provide to finance and economics department of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
