About formation of Institute of upgrade of content of education and Institute of educational analytics
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Education and Science on creation of public institutions - Institute of upgrade of content of education and Institute of educational analytics based on the public scientific institution "Institute of Innovative Technologies and Content of Education" reorganized by separation with their reference to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science.
2. To perform reorganization of the public scientific institution "Institute of Innovative Technologies and Content of Education" within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Education and Science in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014 on the answering purpose.
Take into consideration that education according to Item 1 of this resolution of public institutions is performed within the number of staff of workers approved in accordance with the established procedure determined for the public scientific institution "Institute of Innovative Technologies and Content of Education".
3. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. To the Ministry of Education and Science to approve charters and structure of the public institutions formed according to Item 1 of this resolution in a month and to perform organizational actions on their material and to staffing.
