in view of general interest in carrying out joint yaderno - and astrophysical researches of cosmic rays of ultrahigh energies,
agreed as follows:
The parties establish the International research center "Pamir — Chakaltay" (further - the Center) for carrying out joint nuclear and astrophysical research of cosmic rays of ultrahigh energies within the international experiment "Pamir Chakaltay" (daleefundamentalny scientific research). The center is international intergovernmental organization.
The center has the rights of the legal entity in the territories of state members of the Center according to their national legal system.
The center is created for carrying out basic scientific research on the scientific testing ground located at the height of 4400 m above sea level in the natural boundary of Joint stock company Archar of the Murghab region of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region of the Republic of Tajikistan with use of the multisection X-ray emulsion camera which is earlier created for carrying out the international experiment Pamir-Chakaltaya.
