2. Enact this Order after ten days from the moment of its registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. To the chief of Head department of security guard and patrol service and protection of public order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, chiefs of Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent and Departments of Internal Affairs of areas:
organize studying of this Provision by workers of control licensed activity and the workers who are carrying out their obligations;
provide reproduction in the necessary number of forms of permissions to production of seals (stamps) and receipts on their destruction.
4. From coming into force of this order not to apply in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the former USSR of February 13, 1978 N 34 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for opening of the stamp and engraving companies (workshops) for production of seals and stamps".
5. From coming into force of this order paragraph 4 of the item 1, subitem 1. 2.4, 3.5.1.2 Instructions about procedure for representation and use of information of the integrated databank (ID) approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 26, 1998 N 105, to consider 4, invalid.
To impose control over the implementation of this order on Head department of security guard and patrol service and protection of public order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
