About approval of the state minimum social standards of the social services provided to elderly citizens in the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing

For the purpose of increase in overall performance on social protection of elderly citizens and determinations of requirements to the services provided to specified persons in the field of social servicing according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the guaranteed state minimum social standards" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the state minimum social standards of the social services provided to elderly citizens in the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide carrying out explanatory work on application of the state minimum social standards of the social services provided to elderly citizens in the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
