About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods for civil aviation and civil aircrafts, in some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission and on approval of the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

d) in names of subsubline items 7326 90 980 3, 7608 20 890 2, 7616 99 900 2, 8481 10 190 2, 8544 42 900 3, the word "and" shall be replaced with words 9026 20 800 2 and 9405 40 990 7 FEACN CU "and/or";

e) 8408 90 270 1, 8408 90 410 1, 8408 90 430 1, 8408 90 450 1, 8408 90 470 1, 8408 90 610 1, 8408 90 810 1, 8411 11 000 1 and 8411 12 100 1 FEACN CU to add names of subsubline items with the reference to the note to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union "5)";

e) in the name of subline item of 8419 11 000 0 FEACN CU to replace the word "bezinertsionny" with the word "flowing".

2. Bring in decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix No. 4.

3. Approve the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods for civil aviation and civil aircrafts" it (is applied) and to bring it for consideration at the regular meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Items 1 and 2.

Items 1 and 2 of this Decision become effective from the effective date Decisions of the Council of the Eurasian economic commission specified in Item 3 of this Decision.
