About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather social protection of persons, the awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425; 1996, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 52, Art. 564):

1) article 11 after the word "are" to add with words "persons who are awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan";

2) in Article 16:

the second offer of Item 7 after the word of "dead" to add with words "persons, the awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan";

"honors" to add Item 23 after the word with words of "the died (died) person who is awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan".

2. Item 1 of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About pensions for special merits in front of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 35, Art. 289; 2002, No. 41, Art. 293; 2008, No. No. 5-8, of Art. 78; 2009, No. 39, Art. 550; 2012, 4, the Art. 13) after words to "Heroes of Ukraine" to add No. with words to "persons who are awarded the order Heroes of People killed during Euromaidan".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

1) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

2) to provide reduction by the central executive bodies of the regulatory legal acts adopted by them in compliance with this Law.
