The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2012 No. 1301 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensations in case of death (death) of the employee of special state body, establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation by it" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, the Art. 1083):

in Rules of payment of immediate compensations in case of the death (death) of the employee of special state body, establishment of disability or receipt of mutilation by it approved by the specified resolution:

the paragraph one of Item 10 to state in the following edition:

"10. The special state body (organization) within two months from the date of receipt of documents for payment of compensation makes its payment in cases:";
