1. To the military personnel who was called on military service during mobilization for the special period or on military service of persons from among reservists during the special period (further - the military personnel) and leave from service, the lump-sum allowance (further - benefit) in the amount of 4% of monthly cash cover is paid for each complete calendar month of service, but at least 25 percent of monthly cash cover.
2. Allowance payment is made by the serviceman for the period military service during mobilization, for the special period or military service of persons from among reservists during the period from the date of their appeal on the relevant military service without the period of the previous military service on which they were, except for of those persons who in case of the previous dismissal from military service did not acquire the right to the monetary assistance, stipulated in Item 2 articles 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families".
