About change and recognition voided some acts of the President of the Russian Federation

1. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the President of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that:

a) the grants of the President of the Russian Federation founded by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 12, 1993 No. 443 "About urgent measures of the state support of students and graduate students of educational institutions of higher education" are paid to the students, graduate students, graduateds in a military academy, listeners and cadets mastering educational programs of the higher education in the organizations performing educational activities in the sizes established by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2010 No. 182 "About grants of the President of the Russian Federation for students, graduate students, graduateds in a military academy, listeners and cadets of educational institutions of higher education";

b) ceased to be valid.

4. To the government of the Russian Federation to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for the subitem "zh" of Item 37 of appendix No. 1, which becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
