3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of regional financial center of the city of Almaty of October 20, 2009 No. 04.2-44/172 "About approval of qualification requirements to auditing organizations for the admission of financial instruments on special trading floor of regional financial center of the city of Almaty" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5927, No. 197 published on December 29, 2009 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper (1794).
