1. Approve the enclosed allowing requirements imposed to professional fire services.

2. (Petrov V. V.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order, its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bozhko V. K.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The allowing requirements imposed to professional fire services

1. These allowing requirements imposed to professional fire services (further – allowing requirements) are developed for the purpose of determination of compliance of professional fire services on performance of works according to the prevention and suppression of the fires, carrying out the wrecking connected with fire extinguishing in the organizations, settlements and on objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The following allowing requirements are imposed to professional fire services with the exit fire fighting equipment:
