Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of July 14, 1992 No. 3297-1 "About the closed administrative-territorial education" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 33, Art. 1915; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 49, Art. 5503; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3213; No. 43, Art. 5084; No. 49, Art. 6079; 2011, No. 7, Art. 901; No. 48, Art. 6734; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615) following changes:

In paragraph five of Item 3 of Article 1 the word "companies" to replace 1) with the word "organizations";

Item 2 of Article 4 to add 2) with paragraphs of the following content:

"record the citizens applying for receipt of social payment according to Item 2 of article 7 of this Law and determine the amount of the specified social payment;

perform payment of fare of the citizens specified in Item 2.1 of article 7 of this Law and members of their families from the former residence to the new residence and cost of conveyance.";

3) in Article 7:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. In the territory of the closed administrative-territorial education the state support of the citizens specified in Item 2.1 of this Article, persons interested to come out to the new residence from the closed administrative-territorial education by provision of social payment by it for acquisition of premises behind borders of the closed administrative-territorial education is performed (further - social payment).
