About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning refusal of Ukraine of implementation of policy of vneblokovost

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About bases of homeland security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 39, Art. 351; 2010, No. 40, Art. 527; 2013, No. 14, Art. 89, No. 38, Art. 499; 2014, No. 22, Art. 816):

The paragraph the eleventh Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Integration of Ukraine into the European political, economic, legal space for the purpose of acquisition of membership in the European Union and in Euro-Atlantic space, development of equal mutually beneficial relations with other states of the world for the benefit of Ukraine";

The paragraph the fifth to state 2) to part two of Article 8 in the following edition:

"Deepening of cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization for the purpose of achievement of the criteria necessary for membership in this organization".

2. In article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of domestic and foreign policy" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 40, the Art. 527):

Part one to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Ukraine as the European state performs open foreign policy and aims at equal mutually beneficial cooperation with all interested partners, proceeding first of all from need of safety, sovereignty and protection of territorial integrity of Ukraine";

The paragraph of the eighth part two to state 2) in the following edition:

"Deepening of cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization for the purpose of achievement of the criteria necessary for membership in this organization".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
