About approval of the Procedure for forming of the sheet about compensation payment to employers and sheet forms of compensation payment to employers
According to Item 12 of the Procedure for compensation I order to employers of costs in the amount of the single fee for obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2013 No. 347,:
1. Approve the Procedure for forming of the sheet about compensation payment to employers of costs in the amount of single fee for obligatory national social insurance by fund of social protection of disabled people which is applied.
2. Approve sheet form of compensation payment to employers of costs in the amount of single fee for obligatory national social insurance by fund of social protection of disabled people which is applied.
3. To department of the labor market and employment (Komarova A. S.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Ivankevich V. V.
