About production of documents of the strict reporting

For the purpose of reduction of documents of the strict reporting and the materials equated to them in compliance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the state symbolics the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 22.06.1999 No. 338;

- Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 29.02.2016 No. 91;

- The list of the printing companies which are granted the right of production of documents of the strict reporting and the materials equated to them.

2. Resolve  the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic production of forms of military IDs, identity certificates of officers (ensigns), temporary certificates (issued in exchange military IDs), certificates and notices on transfer of persons liable for call-up on special accounting.  Make forms on patten   watermarked paper.

3. Determine that expenses on production of accounting and military documents are partially covered due to collection of cost of the corresponding forms taking into account the overheads issued:

- the serviceman (except the military personnel of conscription service) - instead of lost or become useless;

- the person liable for call-up - certified in officers for inventory, instead of lost or become useless;

- to recruits - in case of appeal on alternative (extra army) service and enlisted in inventory for health reasons, in exchange lost or
become useless;
