For the purpose of expansion of scales of the measures directed to increase in level of living of the population, continuation of policy of consecutive increase in the income of citizens, and also I decide strengthenings of their social protection:

I. Increase in the sizes of the salary, pensions, grants and benefits

1. Increase since July 1, 2025 the sizes of pensions and benefits, and also children's benefits and payments of financial support to needy families for 10 percent. At the same time to establish:

(a) the minimum size of old-age pension - 918 000 sum a month;

(b) the minimum size of disability pensions - 1 012 000 sum a month;

(c) monthly size of children's benefit to needy families:

(i) 360 000 sum - on one younger child aged up to 3 years, 275 000 sum - on one child aged from 3 years up to 18 years;

(ii) 165 000 sum - in addition on the second child in family;

(iii) 110 000 sum - on third and each following child in family;

(d) the monthly amount of financial support for needy families - 420 000 sum;

(e) the sizes of other pensions and benefits paid to citizens according to appendix.

2. Increase since August 1, 2025 the sizes of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations and grants for 10 percent.

II. Determination of the basic sizes

3. Establish:

(a) since July 1, 2025 the basic size of calculation of pension - 471 000 sum a month;

(b) since August 1, 2025:

(i) the minimum wage - 1 271 000 sum a month;

(ii) basic settlement size - 412 000 sum.

III. Financial resources

4. To cover the expenses connected with increase in the sizes of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations, pensions, grants and benefits at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Economics and finance.
