To the agency on the state reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Union "Tochikmatlubot", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, executive bodies of the government of areas, cities and areas to provide financing of the Program of the organization and recovery of refrigerators and refrigerating chambers for storage of agricultural products in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2019 at the expense of budgetary funds, bank loans, attraction of local and foreign investments, grants of the international organizations and from own means.
3. To the relevant ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government:
- take necessary measures for program implementation of the organization and recovery of refrigerators and refrigerating chambers for storage of agricultural products in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2019;
