About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About safety"

5. In Article 9:

- paragraph two of part 1 after the word "investigations" to add with the words "on fight against corruption";

- state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Safety is obligatory for all other state bodies, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, and also the organizations performing these activities within the powers, the rights and obligations independently or according to addresses of forces of safety.".

6. To state the paragraph to the sixth Article 12 in the following edition:

"-provides Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Tajikistan with weapon and military equipment, appliances, resources and servicing;".

7. In Article 14:
