Item 11 of the Regulations on cost recovery of the property by compensation payment to persons which underwent to political repressions, and also payment of compensation in case of death as a result of political repressions approved by the Order of the Government No. 627 of June 5, 2007. (2007, Art. No. 78-81, 656), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova at the end with the following paragraph:
"Compensation payment to the faces which underwent to political repressions and afterwards rehabilitated which reached 75-year age is performed by single payment".
