In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About procedure for enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to disabled people since the childhood according to the appendix N 1;

Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to the aged and disabled citizens who do not have the length of service necessary for award of pension according to the appendix N 2.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, Social Insurance Fund and the Ministry of Finance in 3-week time to develop the interdepartmental regulations regulating process of appointment and payment of the above-named benefits.

3. Determine that the specified Provisions become effective from the moment of enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens".

4. Appoint since July 1, 1994 instead of social pensions to the citizens (to members of their families - in case of loss of the supporter) who do not have the working life necessary for award of pension, appointed according to Art. 119 of the Law USSR "About provision of pensions of citizens in the USSR", benefits according to the appendices N 1 and N 2 to this resolution.
