a) the rates of payment for use of the water objects which are in federal property, established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 No. 876 "About rates of payment for use of the water objects which are in federal property" with rounding to complete ruble according to the operating procedure for rounding if other is not provided by subitems "b" and "v" of this Item, are applied:

in 2015 with 1,15 coefficient;

in 2016 with 1,32 coefficient;

in 2017 with 1,52 coefficient;

in 2018 with 1,75 coefficient;

in 2019 with 2,01 coefficient;

in 2020 with 2,31 coefficient;

in 2021 with 2,66 coefficient;

in 2022 with 2,93 coefficient;

in 2023 with 3,22 coefficient;

in 2024 with 4,05 coefficient;

in 2025 with 4,84 coefficient;

since 2026 with the coefficient determined according to this subitem for the year preceding year of the payment period increased by the coefficient considering the actual change (on average in year) consumer prices of goods (works, services) in the Russian Federation, determined by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to data of the state statistical reporting for the year, the second for procedure, preceding year of the payment period;

b) rate of payment for fence (withdrawal) of water resources from superficial water objects or their parts for drinking and economic and household water supply of the population for 1 thousand cubic meters of the water resources which are taken away (withdrawn) of water object with rounding to complete ruble according to the operating procedure for rounding:

from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 constitutes 81 rubles;

from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 constitutes 93 rubles;
