About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of refugees and displaced persons (persons moved within the country)"
Being guided by Item 10 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of approval of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of refugees and displaced persons (persons moved within the country)" with the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic of Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the status of refugees and displaced persons (persons moved within the country)" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 7, Article 392; 2001, No. 11, Articles 676, 699, No. 12, Article 731; 2007, No. 11, Article 1053; 2010, No. 4, Article 280; 2011, No. 7, Article 602) to make the following changes:
1. To consider the third part of Article 6 the fourth part and to add with the third part of the following content:
"The foreigners and stateless persons which received the status of the refugee in the Azerbaijan Republic can leave the Azerbaijan Republic based on the "Travel document" issued to them for departure out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic and to drive to the Azerbaijan Republic without receipt of a visa.".
2. To exclude words from Article 8 "according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons".
3. To state the second part of Article 13 in the following edition:
"The organization of departure of person on which the decision on refusal in provision of the status of the refugee is made from the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic is performed by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
4. To add the third part of Article 15 with the second offer of the following content:
