About approval of the regulations necessary for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens"
In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About procedure for enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state provision of pensions of citizens" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
Paragraphs 2-12 voided;
To the pension fund together with the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee till July 1, 1994 to develop procedure for conducting primary accounting of receipt of insurance premiums from the specified employee category;
Paragraphs 14-19 voided;
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Department of social problems, sciences and cultures of the Cabinet of Ministers.
