About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning conscription and military service

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 1992 "About defense" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamasts_ of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1992, No. 28, Art. 493; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 84, 2/878; 2007, No. 119, 2/1323; 2009, No. 16, 2/1560; 2011, No. 140, 2/1877; 2012, No. 2, 2/1880) following amendments and changes:
1. Part the second articles 2 after words "The Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus" to add with the words "territorial troops and".
2. To exclude the word of "citizens" from the paragraph of the twenty first of Article 4.
3. The fourth to state the paragraph to part two of Article 8 in the following edition:
