About modification of the Procedure for representation and the circulation of electronic documents to the state registrar of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs

Bring in the Procedure for representation and the circulation of electronic documents to the state registrar of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, No. 2010/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 19, 2011 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2011 for No. 997/19735 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 1.2 of the Section I after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"Electronic mark of the state registrar about carrying out state registration of the legal entity - the electronic document which is integral part of the constituent documents certified by the digital signature of the state registrar and contains information on carrying out state registration of the legal entity determined by Item 1 of descriptions of stamps for putting down by the state registrar of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs of marks in constituent documents when carrying out the registration actions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 20, 2012 No. 113/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2012 on No. 89/20402 (with changes);".
