About approval of the Regulations on investigation and accounting of labor accidents and other damages of health of the workers connected with execution of labor obligations by them
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About labor protection", the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and for the purpose of establishment in the territory of the republic of single procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents and other damages of health of the workers who occurred in connection with labor activity at the companies, organizations, the organizations of all patterns of ownership and also at certain citizens under the labor contract, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on investigation and accounting of labor accidents and other damages of health of the workers connected with execution of labor obligations by them according to appendix.
2. To the ministries, departments, corporations, associations, concerns to bring the specified Provision to the companies and the organizations, to provide its studying and strict accomplishment.
3. Enact Regulations on investigation and accounting of accidents and other damages of health of workers on production since July 1, 1997.
4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop the stipulated in Item 1 Section III of Provisions on investigation and accounting of accidents and other damages of health of workers on production the scheme of determination of severity of damages to result of labor accidents in a month.
5. Consider since July 1, 1997 invalid the Regulations on investigation and accounting of labor accidents approved by the resolution of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and Gospromatomnadzor of the USSR of August 17, 1989 No. 8-12.
