About structure and procedure for forming of information part of credit history

Chapter 1. Structure of information part of credit history

1.1. Record of information part of credit history of the borrower is created in bureau of credit histories by the creditor (creditor) according to each application for provision of loan (credit) issued by the borrower (further - the Statement).

1.2. Record of information part of credit history of the guarantor is created in bureau of credit histories by the creditor (creditor) according to each drawn-up guarantee agreement.

1.3. Data in information part of credit history of the borrower (guarantor) are represented by the creditor (creditor) along with title part of credit history to bureau of credit histories in time, not exceeding five working days from the date of its forming (making of action, approach of event, information on which is part of information part of credit history according to this Instruction).

1.4. Information part of credit history of the borrower the following data are included:

a) date and number (in case of its availability) Statements;

b) information on the requested loan (credit) according to appendix to this Instruction;

c) type of the creditor (creditor):

credit institution;

microfinancial organization;

credit cooperative;

other organization;
