About modification of Requirements to content and structure of the plan of ensuring physical protection of nuclear installation and nuclear materials and the plan of ensuring accounting and control of nuclear materials

1. Bring in the Requirements to content and structure of the plan of ensuring physical protection of nuclear installation and nuclear materials and the plan of ensuring accounting and control of nuclear materials approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of December 4, 2008 No. 196, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2008 for No. 1223/15914, the following changes:

1) in Section 1:

paragraphs two, third Item 1.2 to replace with the paragraph of the following content:

"Construction and commissioning;".

With respect thereto paragraphs the fourth, fifth to consider respectively paragraphs the third, fourth;

in Item 1.5 of the word "The state committee of nuclear regulation" shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of nuclear regulation";

2) in Section 2:

in Item 2.1 after the word "constructions" to add with the words "and commissioning";

in Item 2.2 of the word "putting into operation and stage", "commissioning and stage" to exclude;

3) in Item 3.3 of Section 3:

word in paragraph one "The state committee of nuclear regulation" shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of nuclear regulation";

in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "annually or";
