According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389 (with changes), I order:

1. In Item 5 of the Procedure for compensation to the Pension fund of Ukraine by fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment of expenses on payment to ahead of schedule granted pension and fee on its delivery, the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the order of February 11, 2013 No. 47, the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 11, 2013 No. 2-3, of the word "territorial authority where persons who are ahead of schedule granted pension were registered as the unemployed" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2013 for No. 345/22877, shall be replaced with words "the relevant territorial authority".

2. To department of provision of pensions (Matyukh T. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Ivankevich V. V.
