About implementation of the Law No. 325 of December 23, 2013 on testing of professional integrity

Based on Item b) parts (2) Articles 7, parts (6) Articles 16, parts (4) article 22 of the Law No. 325 of December 23, 2013 on testing of professional integrity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 35-41, 73) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

The framework regulations on accounting of cases of inadequate influence, according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on maintaining and use of the Register of testing of professional integrity of public figures, according to appendix No. 2.

2. The expenses connected with the organization and functioning of the Register of testing of professional integrity of public figures will be performed within the means which are annually provided in the relevant budgets and also at the expense of donations, grants and other sources according to the legislation.

3. To provide to the national center for fight against corruption within three months creation of the database on results of testings of professional integrity of public figures.

4. The regulations on maintaining and use of the register of testing of professional integrity of public figures become effective since January 1, 2015.

5. To the public bodies falling under operation of the Law No. 325 of December 23, 2013 on testing of professional integrity to develop within 15 working days domestic situations about accounting of cases of inadequate influence and to appoint the person/division responsible for registration of cases of inadequate influence.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National center for fight against corruption.
