About modification of the Instruction on the organization of cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus

Based on paragraph two of Article 30 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of cash work in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2006 No. 211 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 55, 8/15627; 2009, No. 174, 8/21219; 2011, No. 70, 8/23772; No. 127, 8/24375), following changes:

from parts two and third Item 1 to exclude the word of "(department)" in the corresponding case;

in part three of item 4 of the word of "bank plastic cards" shall be replaced with words "bank payment cards";

in Item 2 of appendix 41 to this Instruction:

words "maps accounts, the current bank accounts, bank" shall be replaced with words "bank accounts, accounts on accounting";

to exclude the word of "(departments)".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for paragraphs two and the sixth Item 1 of this resolution which are becoming effective since January 1, 2014.
