About approval of structure of the organization of sports medicine and regulations on their activities

1. Approve:

1) Structure of the organizations of sports medicine according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations on organization activity of sports medicine according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov I. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2011 No. 02-02-18/198 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of medical and sports dispensaries and centers of sports medicine and rehabilitation" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7341).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esentayev T. K.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
