About approval of document forms by provision of the parcels of land for construction of facilities within the settlement

According to subitem 7-2) of Item 1 of Article 14 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003 I ORDER:

1. Approve forms:

1) statements on provision of the parcel of land for asset construction within the settlement according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the conclusions of the approving bodies on allocation of the parcel of land under construction of facilities within the settlement according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the act of the choice of the parcel of land under asset construction according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the land cadastral plan of the parcel of land according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to development department of infrastructure of economy (Zhazylbek U. E):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uskenbayev K. A.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
